Some problems fit neatly into an FAQ answer. Yours might not. If you have scrolled the Help Center and still need a human, this page is where you contact Chamet directly.
Email us: support[at]chamet.cc
One inbox, one team, no ticket maze. Write to the address below and a support agent — a person, not a bot loop — reads it and replies.
support[at]chamet.cc
We write it this way so spam bots cannot scrape it — just swap [at] for @ when you send. Expect a reply within 1-2 business days. Writing from the email tied to your account helps us find you faster.

Send your question to the right place
The fastest answer depends on what you are asking. Three common cases:
- Account and login problems — check the Help Center first. Most login, matching and coin questions are answered there in seconds, which beats waiting on an email.
- Safety and reporting — use the in-app report button for anything that happens during a chat; it reaches moderation immediately. The Safety Center explains how reporting and blocking work. If someone is in real-world danger, contact your local authorities first — email can wait, that cannot.
- Business and partnerships — email the inbox above with "Business" in the subject line and a sentence about what you have in mind. It lands with the right people.
What to include so we can fix it faster
A good first email skips two rounds of "can you tell me more." Before you hit send, grab these:
- Your Chamet account ID — find it on your profile page.
- What happened — one or two plain sentences, plus a screenshot if you can. A picture of the error is worth a paragraph.
- Your device — phone model and app version, or the browser you use on web.
One thing to leave out: your password. Chamet support will never ask for it — not by email, not in chat. Anyone who does is not us, and the community guidelines explain how to report impersonation.
Contact FAQ
How long does Chamet support take to reply?
Most emails get a reply within 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays can add a little time. Including your account ID and a clear description up front usually shaves a round-trip off the back-and-forth.
What should I write in my email to Chamet support?
Three things: your Chamet account ID, a plain description of what happened (a screenshot helps a lot), and your device model plus app version or browser. Never include your password — support will never ask for it.
Can I get help without sending an email?
Often, yes. The Help Center answers the most common account, login, matching and coin questions on the spot, and the Safety Center explains reporting and blocking. Email is for the things those pages cannot fix.
Rather skip the inbox? Most questions solve themselves in the Help Center — and if everything is actually working fine, there is a video chat with your name on it.
