How Can We Help?

Straight answers for login, matching, coins and account problems

Most Chamet issues fix themselves in under a minute. Find your problem below — from chamet login trouble to free matches and coins — and get back to your next video chat.

Something not working? You are in the right place. This page collects the questions Chamet users actually ask — grouped into five buckets: account and chamet login, matching and call quality, free matches and coins, safety, and how to reach a human. Scan for your situation, try the fix, and you will usually be back in a chat before your coffee goes cold.

Account & Chamet Login

Why can't I log in to Chamet?

Most chamet login problems come down to three things: a wrong number or email, an expired verification code, or a shaky connection. Double-check the country code, request a fresh code, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you signed up with a third-party account, log in the same way — a password login will not find that account.

What if my chamet login verification code never arrives?

Wait a full minute, then tap resend once — hammering the button can restart the timer. Check spam folders for email codes and the blocked-senders list for SMS. Still nothing after a few tries? Close and reopen the app, or try the web version, then contact support if it keeps failing.

Can I use my Chamet account on a new phone or computer?

Yes. Log in on the new device with the same method you used to sign up and your profile, friends and balance come with you. For your own security, log out of devices you no longer use — and never share a verification code with anyone who asks for one, no matter who they claim to be.

Login trouble is the most common reason people land here, and it is almost always one of the three fixes above. If you would rather see the whole sign-up and login flow walked through step by step, the how Chamet works guide covers it screen by screen.

Matching & Call Quality

Why is Chamet matching slow sometimes?

Matching pairs you with someone online right now, so speed depends on how many people are looking at the same moment. Late nights and early mornings in your timezone can be quieter. If a match feels stuck, refresh it or try again in a few minutes — busier hours connect much faster.

How do I allow camera and microphone access?

On the web version, click the lock icon in your browser address bar, set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then reload the page. On mobile, open your device settings, find Chamet, and switch both permissions on. The camera is only ever used during a call — but no permission means no video.

Why does my video call lag or freeze?

Nine times out of ten it is the connection, not the app. Move closer to your router, pause background downloads, or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data and back. If only one call is choppy, the other person’s network may be the bottleneck — skip and rematch rather than suffering through it.

Once permissions and connection are sorted, matching is the fast part. If you have not tried it yet, start a match and see how quickly a call connects when everything is set up right.

Free Matches & Chamet Free Coins

How do free matches and coins work on Chamet?

Chamet is free to start: your first matches are free, and you can try a video chat with no sign-up. Longer or premium sessions can use coins — think of coins as pay-as-you-go time, not an entry fee. You always see what a session costs before it begins, so there are no surprises.

Are "chamet free coins" hack sites real?

No — treat every one of them as a scam. Sites and videos promising chamet free coins through a hack, generator or mod are after your login, your payment details, or a malware download. Real promotions only ever appear inside the official app or on chamet.cc. The honest free part is your first matches — never enter your Chamet login anywhere else.

The short version: your first matches are free, and longer or premium sessions can use coins. Coins are also what power extras like gifts during a one-on-one video chat — but nothing ever charges you without showing the cost first.

Safety & Reports

How do I report or block someone on Chamet?

Tap the report or block option right inside the chat — one tap, and the other person is never told who reported them. Blocked users cannot match with you or message you again. Reports go to the moderation team, and the safety center explains exactly what happens next.

Reporting is never an overreaction — it is how the community stays worth being in. The Chamet safety center goes deeper on moderation, verification and privacy, and is worth two minutes before your first call.

Contact Chamet Support

How do I contact Chamet support?

Email support[at]chamet.cc with your account ID and a screenshot of the problem — those two things skip most of the back-and-forth. For login issues, mention which login method you used. For safety concerns, include the other user’s ID if you have it. A real person reads every message.

When the fixes above do not solve it, write to support[at]chamet.cc. The contact page explains what to include so your first email gets a useful answer instead of a follow-up question.
